Oil, Gas and Marine Cables
We deliver a complete range of power cables, instrumentation cables and signal cables
for use on offshore installations, oil platforms,
ships and petrochemical installations.
Our cables comply with IEC- and BS-standards and are approved by DNV, Lloyds,
ABS and other recognised approval authorities.
This product area includes our trademarks FLEX-FLAME and PETRO-BLOCK.

We are currently launching a wholly new product range within the area of cables for ships: ShipLine. All cables are halogen free and include products from 60V to 24V, and fulfil all relevant application areas for ship installations.

Structured data networks and fibre optic cables. Our complete product package of copper cables for Structured data networks comprises Cat. 3, Cat. 5E, Cat. 6 and Cat. 7 cables. In addition to this, our product range includes GigaCat, which can transmit data with bandwidths up to 1200 MHz.
	Our newest Category cable product is ToughCat, which has been developed for industrial applications (vibration proof, high temperature tolerance, oil-resistant) and of course meets the standard requirements for Cat. 5E. We also manufacture a wide range of optical fibre cables with single modus and multi-modus fibre for indoor and outdoor use.
Power cables, installation cables, signal and low voltage cables Our land-based power cables are developed for safe functioning under the demanding climatic conditions that we have in Norway. We manufacture both underground cables and aerial cables from 1 kV and up to 24 kV. ELPEX is our trademark for PEX-insulated power cables. We deliver a broad range of installation cables for private dwellings, commercial premises and industry. These are special constructions adapted to Norwegian requirements and norms. WESSEL KABEL and NORSK KABEL are trademarks that guarantee good utility features and environmentally friendly materials. All varieties of telecommunication, coaxial and instrument cables are included in our product line. The delivery form TREKK OG KAPP has a registered design. Self-extinguishing and halogen free cables have the trademark SAFETY CABLES.
