Our recruitment process
Our recruiting goes through the whole year, and the process from the application deadline usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. If you are invited for interview, you will meet the  immediate superior who will present the position and position-related conditions. In addition, a representative from HR Team will present Draka and how it is to work here. Those who proceed to second interview, will be asked to complete a web-based questionnaire that will result in a personality profile. If you wish, we will review the results with you.
